Overview

High On Life 2 is the follow-up to High On Life (2022), combining fast first-person combat,
absurd comedy, and exploration across vivid alien locations. The big gameplay hook this time is a
skateboard-driven traversal system, designed to keep movement flowing—whether you’re chasing targets,
dodging fire, or stringing together tricks between fights.

Story & Setting

You return as a (now well-known) intergalactic bounty hunter, pulled into a new crisis when a galaxy-scale conspiracy
threatens humanity’s future. The journey sends you through exotic worlds, criminal hideouts, and dangerous hubs where
every job turns into something bigger—and weirder—than expected.

Gameplay: Combat, Movement, and Exploration

Talking guns (Gatlians)

Just like the first game, your core “party” is your arsenal: living alien weapons with unique personalities and
distinct combat utilities. They comment on fights, areas, enemies, and your choices—so the moment-to-moment gameplay
is as much about action as it is about the constant comedic chatter.

Skateboard movement

The sequel’s standout change is the skateboard as a primary traversal tool. Expect fast repositioning in combat,
smoother exploration routes, and movement options that make getting around feel like its own mini-game.

Hub-based design and mission variety

High On Life 2 leans into broader locations and hub areas that encourage wandering, optional encounters, and side
